Project Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
Remuneration: Will consider salaries from 40,000 - 60,000 per annum Benefits: 5 weeks holiday allowance Pension Scheme Health Care
The Role: The successful quantity surveyor will be working on housing projects, based from their central London office. Work will be mainly social housing, but you will also be involved in private projects. You will be based from a small office in Kent with less than ten people, so this will be an excellent opportunity to have an impact on the work you’re involved in, and gain more responsibility.
The Client: My client offers a comprehensive range of the cost management, surveying and peripheral services demanded by the modern construction industry. They were established in the 1930’s. The main parts of the business are Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Cost Consultancy, Employer's Agent Services and Project Management, Planning Supervision and Health & Safety Advice, Facilities management & Building Surveying.
Requirements: >Ideally at least 5 years Quantity Surveying experience >Construction background, preferably experience in Housing >Contractor or Consultancy experience will be considered >RICS accredited is desirable
